I have a 16gb iPod Touch 3rd Gen in great shape. The touchscreen has no scratches or nicks. The back is roughed up, but I can't find a reason why, it's been in a rubber case since I bought it.

$150 with the charging cable, and a wall plug. I lost the headphones though.
