ipod connecting to headunit

i have a pioneer head unit.. i had an IB100 which is the ipod converter. but i figured out that all i needed was a IP-Bus connector to an RCA.. so i did that im using a IP-Bus connector to RCA then another connector from my ipod to the RCA... the ipod and everything works.. but the problem is that my whole left side speakers dont work?? can anyone help me solve this problem?

Bad connection somewhere in the IP-Bus signal. Wiggle things around till the connections are solid. Check the panning in the deck too on that source.
