im more of an alltel guy. alltel is way better than cingular. cingular sucks...

however, verizon has a nice touch screen out thats better than iphone iheard.

yeah they have the voyager and the smaller version the venus......i want a voyager but its still like 300 bucks! i really cant justify spending that much on a phone....

well im also being told that you HAVE to buy a data plan to go along with a normal one, and i have no use for that.
i just want unlimited texts and a few hundred minutes, but to have that ive got to spend ~100 bux a month.

so **** at&t and the iPhone.

maybe this has been said but what use do you have for an iphone then? without a data service the iphone is just a flashy phone that makes calls.....its kind of a waste of money if ur not going to use it for internet which is what its fuss is correct?

it has been said. you cannot turn an iphone on without the data plan and the voice plan. otherwise, all you have is an ipod touch.

ya the way i look at it, theres always gonna be a better phone. who cares if i dont have the best phone out there.

my phone dials numbers and calls people,which is good enough for me.

i got the alltel LG phone and its pretty good. it even holds songs if u want it too. no need in payin $300 for a phone.

cingular is around. they just call it at &t. just like when cingular and at & t joined, they still called it cingular, now they switched over to callin it at & t again.

they started switching over to cingular at first, and they never called it at & t. now they just reversing it. its no big deal. stop trying to act like a know it all. the 2 are 1.. its kind of like Sears and Whirlpool refrigerators...

In the case of AT&T/Cingular/at&t, it's just been the same companies swapping assets for several years now. The name is unimportant, but Cingular is probably the least accurate name to use.

i was talking about the new verizon phone that has a touch screen on front, and opens up to a full size keyboard.

i never said my LG phone was better than the iphone, but my LG phone aint a piece of shit. it takes hour long videos and can hold a couple hundred songs as well, and u can hook it up to your car just like an ipod.
