Iphone 5 vs Razr Maxx vs. Droid DNA

I have been looking at phone. My upgrade is up in December and I am coming from a droid. I know the Razr Maxx HD gets the best battery life, iphone somehwere in the middle, and dna at the end.

iphone has some cable issues now but I assume they'll get worked out.

What do you recommend and why?
