I don't think it covers water damage, but I could be wrong. Your best bet would be to call Apple or go to an Apple store and ask.

The Apple Care program covers problems with the phone itself. There is no "accidental insurance" available for the phone through apple or AT&T.

yea which is gay....i just talked to apple....dont think im gonna get it b/c of that oh well
