I recently installed two speakers and an amplifier in my camper, the amp is powered off the two leisure batteries in the rear, these also power an inverter and a diesel webasto night heater, when i turn on the night heater im getting crackling in the speakers and the same with the switch mode inverter, can anyone please advise me on where to start , ground loop isolator between rca and amp? or something in between the batteries and supply to the amp? any help much appreciated thanks

Check your ground, sounds like its not solid..IMO, id try that first. My brother lives in a 28ft travel on 40acres at the moment, and he has issues with being careful with the power being used at one time.He has to watch his amperage.Check to see how many amps you are pulling, without the amplifier, and how much with it.You may need to add a small battery for the stereo/amp alone to supply //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
