Interface Adapter for iPod...

anybody have an experience with this product? does it work good? how easy is it to control it from the HU? or is it better to just get the aux input connector and use the ipod through that way?

money is not an issue here...i just want the best and easiest way to use the ipod in the car...

works awesome and yes it works great controlling it with your headunit. mine was nice and clean hiiden in the glove box--you'd never know it was there.

adapter but then i just threw the ipod in the glove box and left it there as well

too bad the pioneer ipod adapter doesn't work as smoothly as the alpine one.

Don't waste your money unless you have like 30 total artists on your ipod and everything arranged in playlists that you know the exact order of them.

Yeah...those pioneers are ****es i've heard.

Do you have to run pwr/gnd for the Alpine one? If so, tappable in the existing HU wires?? -Thanks

The Alpine adapter just plugs into the Ai-Net bus, no running extra power or ground wires needed.

Yeah, **** Alpine's adapter is much better then Pioneers.

I'll be picking up the Alpine one soon, and i'll let you guys know how it performs with my Ipod mini.
