Tonight I got drunk dialed by a Chinese exchange student. It was difficult to tell he was drunk because he hardly speaks English anyways. He kept calling, asking me to pick him up... all I could say was "I'm in Florida, 16 hours away. I can't pick you up tonight."

some guy called me and asked if i was bill....i told him no repeatedly but he just kept talking to me about the days when we were on the construction dept. and how we used to get into so much trouble in school.

Multiple times from friends at clubs in which I can't understand wtf is going on, and one time from a guy that was very pissed and was screaming at me in Spanish. I did pick up on the name Andrew though, so I quickly told him "No habla Espanol, mi nombre no es Andrew." He stopped for about 5 seconds and kept going, so I hung up.

It's not so much me getting drunk dialed as I drunk dial other people. Thing is, I am pretty coherent still because when i reach the point where I can't talk, I can't really dial a cell phone either. Anyways, no one ever picks up. I have drunk IMed before and received one though. Called her the next day asking her how the hangover was since she never drinks.
