The CS3 Master package is available on public and private torrent sites and has been for a long time. Same can be said for newsgroups.

Many anti-virus programs give false positives for keygens and cracks. Regardless, there are clean cracks out there.

For most people, the Master collection is really a lot more than you will need. Production, even though it is a little large for many, is probably one of the better options if you're looking for something to download.
