So I just found out that my girlfriend is pregnant.

The problem is she is 17 and I am 18. If her parents decide to press charges, since she is 17, will she be able to say it was consensual in court seeing as how at 17 you are an adult in the eyes of the court? Or is jail time a possibility

most states allow you to be 2 years apart within the 81 over and under law.

You're good. Every state that I know of is age of consent 16, and the few that arent as long as you're within two years of age it doesnt matter.

Im not sure. It was just a thought that crossed my mind because a buddy of mine went to jail for a while because his gf said she was 18 and lied and then they broke up and she took em to court. she was 16 he was 18. I dont know how long he went or if he is even out yet as a matter of fact.
