idk lol thats what im asking, i gues for now ill check the wiring in the box but if anyone else has some suggestions....

hey guys just opened up the box n i think i might have found whats wrong. The negative - speaker wire is hooked up to the sub terminal but the wire that goes from the sub terminal to the actual cone thing is just hanging loose. the positive wire is actually connected to the cone thing. Is this the problem? and if so, how do i fix it?

should i just solder it back to where it looks like it fell off?

it looks like its been soldered there the first time but i dont want to melt a hole in the cone or anything like that

If you had some pics it would be helpful.

If you feel confident like you know where it should go, then try and fix it. if not, take it to someone that knows.
