Installing components in front doors..............

I want to make my system more "complete" and have been looking at a set of components. The problem is that my front doors have 6x9's in them and i dont know if components would work for it.

I really dont want to go through the hastle of making custom kick pannles and all that jazz so could i make a custom mount for the comps and install them in the door??

also does anyone know where i could get some custom installation mounts in order for a 6.5 mid to work with a 6x9 speaker hole for a 06 Camry?

Trace old 6x9 speaker on thin but very stiff wood

Mark holes

Cut it all out

Take new 6.5" speaker put it on the piece you just cut out.. Mark all the holes..

cut it out..

bolt it to the door with lock nuts..

Repeat.

Drill a hole in your door panel or a-pillar and put in the tweeter.. it will come with a bezel it will look clean!

ya i think i may have to!

also what are components good for? to be honest i dont think i have ever heard them, i have only herd 6x9's

would i need an amp for them?
