Well im drivin a C230 Mercedez and the stock batt. is in the back. What would be the easiest way to drop in an extra one for a little more power. I was told I should upgrade my alt. Before adding any extra batts. Also if i do put an extra batt back there with the stock one, should i run some more power wire from the stock batt. back up to the alt. It looks to be about 4awg right now?I appreciate any help.

With the battery being in the back, I would definatly upgrade the wire from the alt to the stock battery with 1/0. As for a second battery it may help, but it would only be a band-aid for your problem, if you are running into serious voltage drop issues. I always recomend doing an alternator first, before spending cash on batteries.
