noob question... how do you have double 0/1 gauge runs? is that kicker do-hicky like a distroblock for power wires? and then you have 2 going from distro to battery? haha just never seen one close up

i have 2 runs of 1/0 coming from the battery up front, going to the distro and 4ga is coming out for the 8002

found a few good ones. it will be 02- 04 more than likely. They have the same body style on those years.

my original plan was 4 15s, but loyd talked me into staying with 2 15s cause the new explorers dont do near as well sub up port back for lower notes, so im keeping it to 2 15s sub back port back around 9-10cubes 33hz tuning

how you like the kenwood? dont know witch flip out to get for my explorer

i like it pretty good, just cant get it to sound the same as my old clarion did, but i havnt had much time to mess with it with the whole system in, still excellent unit though

looking good. know what your gonna do for a front stage yet? how big are you going for the subs?

no idea yet, thinking 4 sets of the crystal components and running them off the 2 channels on my 8002, or just the pros up front like i had dont know for sure

i had most of the wire, only thing i bought was the kicker kit off ebay, 1 strand is welding 1/0 other is kicker

does the older body style have the same problem with low notes? i was planning on doing 2 tc3000 15's subs up ports back, so that i could use the cargo area without worrying about stuff sliding into my cones. always grills i guess.
