Installed Stereo in new car, now static noise.

I have an odd static sound that maintains the same volume regardless of headunit volume position. It runs through all of my speakers. The noise is NOT present when the car is off.

Here's what I run:

JVC KD-AVX1

Clarion APX200.2

JBL C608GTi

200 Watt old school amp

2 RF 6x9's

2 JBL BP1200.1's

3 JBL W10GTi's.

Here's what I've attempted so far:

Regrounding the head unit.

Regrounding the amplifiers.

I am currently thinking that it MAY have something to do with my RCA cables running right beside my computer. Does anyone agree? Does anyone else have any more input on what could be causing this?
