A pretty penny actually.. didn't want to take the chance of getting something from ebay *which i'm sure are decent in some cases* I always go by the rule you get what you pay for.

http://www.ddmtuning.com, if you get what you pay for then you would be surprised to find out this guy not only carries most brands, but is the largest west coast importer of hids. chances are their his kits with a different name or branding.

I've been considering replacing the stock headlights on my 99' civic with the halo projectors and HID's. Been mostly looking at ebay for equiptment, but i really don't know where to start. Any advice on buying this stuff?

Op, yours look good, I prefer a more bluish tint though

the helio and prolumen that xenondepot and others like vvme sell for $250-350 can be had for $100 at ddm tuning. the only issue with ddm is the shipping status right now, they are backed up because they sold over 20k kits this holiday die to selling kits as low as 39.99

Wait so retrofitting is just buy the lens projects along with the xenon bulbs + ballasts??

so couldn't I just buy a pair of TSX clear lens projectors???

Look into 8K bulbs.

I was considering those before but they're too much blue for my liking
