Aw forget it, just goto Wal-Mart and get their 4 gauge kit, it works pretty good and is priced very well.

if its a 1krms amp get a 1/0

whats the difference between 0 guage and 1/0 guage... ive never really figured that out

GReddy - 4 guage will work fine with your amp, but yes if you plan to upgrade, go larger.

If its a real 1000 watt RMS amp I would suggest you talk to johncon2000 he can fix you up with an appropriate kit for a good price.

Its all in the fraction of one inch, 1/0 is the same as 0 (1 inch total) where a 4gauge is 1/4th of an inch.
