inside corners

when makin 45s for the inside corners of the box what do u use to hold them in place cuz i havent seen any1 use screws???

glue. i've seen glue + screws or glue + brads

either brads or just clamp it for a little while so the glue dries well enough to where it won't move easily.

Small nails...except you use a stapler/nailer type of device. You don't really hammer them. They typically do not have heads.

I just use two small clamps and sometimes a piece between the 45 and the clamps so that they dont get blocked by the walls (the clamps)

how is the best way to make the 45 with 3/4 mdf

Take a normal piece of mdf cut to the height that you need the 45 insert to be...then tilt the blade of the table saw 45 degrees and move the fence so that the outside (left side) of the blade will just reach the top corner of the mdf...this will leave a 3/4"x3/4" piece that's 45 degrees (assuming you have a left-tilt table saw at hand)
