info i got on Fi (true or false?)

I went into my local caraudio store the other day and asked the same guy i always talk to about Fi. He said he didnt know anything about them. So i showed him the web site and he told me about Identity Audio. He said this company makes subs and then allows people to sell them under the name they choose and they can also add on things to make them seem more custom (bp power, copper coils..ect.).

Is this true?

he also said they arent that great at all and are really pretty cheap subs.

wow...well i know Fi is its own company, and makes all the subs..and im sure that they are not crap do to the fact that people been running them way over the rms and they have no problems... you got to remember those stores want you to buy there stuff so they are going to say other junk is crap...

oh by no means did i believe everything he said. its the idientity audio company thing that had me flustered.

hes a nice guy too and he knows i know enough about audio that he cant sell me crap. even though he did say he could get my type e to pound (i laughed)

but ill search identity and see what i can find on them.
