Im going to be building this 16cuft box in the next few days that will fill the rear cargo section of my blazer from top to bottom that will be completly walled off.

I change the angle of my rear seats alowing me to get 37" from rear hatch to back of rear seats with still having clearance for the port and subs.

Im going to build this design before the 6th order....

With this design it's allowing me to keep an option of folding my rear seats up when I have 3 passengers ...

Port is 35.5 "x 6" x 25" deep.

Box is 37" x 30" x 34" deep.

Let me know what you think.

No way thats only 16cu......look at it compared to a human:graduate:
Good Luck
LOL, gotta love building in feet instead of inches.

BTW, I'm still gonna build the 6th order, but plan on building this 1st since its much more of a practical design for a daily driver.

space between subs looks little thin, might want to high corner one and low corner another. but man that sick
Ya it's gonna be close with each sub outer mounting dims at 18.5" it's REAL close. I'll probably end up mounting them offset.

I also forgot to mention that I plan to use all-thread bracing front to back, side to side ann top to bottom. The front will be a double baffle and the subs will be flush.

i would assume the little stick figure guy that was in the corner was you, if the box is that big, i dont think king kong could fit in there lol.

looking forward to the completed project.

Below is a video of the bracing that I plan to do.

I'm either going to use 3/4" metal all-thread or 1.5" wooden dowels. All thread is the best way to go I've heard, but I've also had really good luck using dowels in the past.

Let me know what you think...

Thanks!
