infinitys with what amp?

i am buying 2 infinity kappa 12.1 subs, and i was wondering what amp would go well with these, i have a price range from 100-400 dollars. i also know that these are rated 350 watts, what should an amp be able to do or what do the specs need to be to use these subs? thanks terry
