Has anyone ever used or heard the new Infinity Kappa Perfect 12" VQ's?

Are they worth the hefty price tag?

I've not used that particular sub, but I have used a Reference series sub and it was pretty good. I have also installed other Infinity subs for customers and they were also good. However, I have to say that I've never heard one that was worth what they want for them. Just my .02 worth. Is there a reason for that particular sub?

Got mine brand new for 179.99 SHIPPED. Ran it off 100W then switched to my 601.1 off of 424W and ****!. 2.25^3 tuned at 28Hz. It slammed and sounded really good. Just give it ~400-450WRMS and you will be good to go.
