WRONG!
Ok, so it has been determined that I can't fit components into the 4x6 speaker location in the dash of my 1990 chevy truck without making adapters for it...so I have made my peace with it.
And I have done some research...
And have decided based on customer reviews that I want to purchase one of the following plate 4x6 speakers:
JBL P6462
JBL P6462 4" x 6" 2-way Power Series Plate Speakers
Infinity Kappa 462.9cfp
Infinity Kappa 462.9cfp 4" x 6" 2-way Kappa Series Plate Speakers
Now I know that 4x6 plates aren't going to give me the same sound as components, but paired with my 10 inch sub, I think it'll be sufficient, as long as it can do mids and highs.
I want to hear from anyone who has heard either one or both of these speakers. Both get good reviews. Help me out.
Thanks
