Infinity baffle....

First off this is something I pretty much threw together as a test unit to see how well the amp would drive the speakers in a box. It's crazy loud but the bass is lacking. I can't find a buyer for these odd sized 6x8s out of a scrap car sitting around and just wanted them to be of use. I'm gonna make it good looking once I find the magic combination.

Pioneer premier Rev 6x8s,

The amp is a 100x4 bluetooth class d board

The box is 37 3/4 long, 6 1/4 inch tall and 4 3/4 wide. It's got a small 1 1/2 tapered opening on the end.

Questions.

Should I make cutouts on the back of the box as if I were going to mount 4 more speakers and seal off the ends?

I don't have speaker specs and can't find any.

I'm kinda curious what a tline would do here.... I still want this to remain portable and I'm working on a bigger lighter 18650 battery pack, I've got a lot of 100 35a 18650 batteries I'm gonna get to experiment with. The amp accepts 14-42 volts, but I'm sure it regulates the power somewhere to a constant voltage. I want to find that voltage and build a pack designed where that part of the amp has to do the least amount of work. Better efficiency due to less heat loss right?

I've been doing some reading on infinity baffle boxes and for the most part everyone is building subwoofer boxes. I found a thread where a frequency response was compared between the three types

And to say the least the open baffle looks like it would be best. I have 2 sheets of 3/4 birch that's not being used (currently, but I had planned a sealed box for 3 12s) so I guess I'll build a decently sized simple "wall" wide enough to be functional and house the batteries and electronics. Sounds too easy....

Oh and purchased a 31.5v 7 cell (I'll either be putting 3 or 4 cells in series) BMS unit that'll be keeping the cells safe. I'll wind up soldering tesla style cell level fuses (after I refrigerate the cells in an attempt to reduce any possible heat damage) and solid nickel strips on the bottom. I dont plan on doing this often (although i accidentally ordered 200 18650 cells) and plenty of people have successfully soldered before without taking the cooling precaution.
