i basically just had it out on the phone with the guy very sarcastic and poor customer service i wanted to cuss the guy out so fing bad if he was infront of me right now i would of beat the shitt out of him
saying that ohh we only make 5 bucks on an amp and u shouldnt complain bout how long it takes blah blah

i told them and they were like ok and just ignorged it basically he was a lil smartazz who didnt give a shit what i said

spidermonkey did u get my amp its the one with the small scratch barely noticeable better only be a small one it wasnt big when i had it if its beat up they can replace it

send me a pic of it

they are saying they cant give out serial number
They can't give you a serial number for an amp YOU own? Sounds like it might have been a stolen amp to me. Spider Monkey, have there been any recent reports of stolen Kicker amps by any of your retailers?

It is kind of frustrating though. I'm here sticking my neck out for this kid and I can't even get him to respond in a timely manor.
I'd just leave his amp at the end of the line if he's not appreciative of your efforts in the matter. Great customer service shouldn't be taken for granted.
