They can't give you a serial number for an amp YOU own? Sounds like it might have been a stolen amp to me. Spider Monkey, have there been any recent reports of stolen Kicker amps by any of your retailers?mine had no dents and no scratches to my knowledge but that one is pob mine with the small scratch
