indoaudio is pizzing me off

on ebay indoaudio is really a horrible seller to deal with purcahsed this amp from them

when i received it it acted like it couldnt really put out the 1500rms or even close to it the dmm should of been i recall 54.77 for 1500rms at 2ohms well the closest it would go to was 46-48volts and that was it. it was acting like it couldnt put out enough power and i know enough power was going to it and no voltage drop happend or anything. i talked to some people on here and they said might be a lemon.

so i told indoaudio about the problem and they sware up and down that it was something i didnt or did do that made this happen and i didnt do anything wrong.

so they want me to pay for shipping back so they can send it to kicker and get it fixed or replaced w/e needs to be done and i have to wait 2-3 weeks again to finish my install when that is all i need to be done with my sub's. I told them i paid for new and dont want to have the amp replaced i want a new one since thats what i paid for. So they are saying that the amps are tested before they leave kicker and they are sure something i am doing is causing the problem and i told them it might be a lemon and so in the end they want me to ship it in to get it checked out and when i asked for a return number they wouldnt give me one until i messaged them several times for it and they gave me the excuse of when one is avabile it will be sent, i told them never heard of waiting for one to become avaible so then they told me to use the item number as return number.

Just wondering is there any certain return policy they have where i can just get my money back i asked them a few times wont give me an answer, i recieved the amp so i want to get it back to them and get my money back.

anyway this is really pizzing me off and bullshittt

if you paid through paypal, file a dispute and hope you get your money back. Or contact your credit card co. and tell them to dispute the charges.

i love that just sent me a message saying only can refund on non installed items the amp has no scratches or nothing on it from me so you cant tell if it was installed or not wow is there anyway i can get my money back.
