Indash screen keeps cracking

Hello,

Is it possible that the screen of an Indash can crack on its own or from a faulty install.

Cause last week I installed the Kenwood kvt512 using a PAC on star mod. And after about 3 hours a fine line appeared on the screen, after I checked it out it looked like it was cracked. So I replaced it for the customer, and than two days later he calls me and tells me that the screen cracked in two different places while he was driving.

Does this make sense?

Help me out guys.
