Ok well I have gotten it narrowed down to the zcon the mayhem or the death penalty.....just cant decide. Doing two now but gunna do 4 of whatever I get later in a 05 Mitsubishi eclipse gt. Its just gunna be a daily maybe get metered one time.....

It's really a toss up at this point. You should really look into the Tantric Sounds line...

The Silver cone older version with the TC9 motor or the new HCCA's?

The 2 I heard, older versions, murdered the lows as well. Impressive really. I don't know why people have a hatred for the Orion HCCAs...at least the older version.

No sites as of yet. They are a relatively new company but with a large track record for designing monster subwoofers in the past.

You'll have to contact Alan Hall, TalorFade, or Tantric Sounds for prices and orders. They rarely frequent to CA so I'd suggest contacting them at CACO and CSCO.

I have the new ones. 2 12's. Their not in my car anymore but I was running a 4k on basically stock electrical (140 a alt, big 3, extra batt) so they weren't even close to seeing 4k. And they were loud as fvck. 35 hz box they kill the lows. I would recommend them. As far as basket/magnet goes I think their the sexiest subs on the market for looks.

**** for 500 dollar budget i would look into the tantric hdds, b2 ccs, or the xc's not sure the price of the xc tho. the ia dps are a good choice also. maybe some dc lvl 5s.

A bit over priced IMO

If you were to go with this level of subwoofer at 12", then definitely the SHDs.

I can't tell you the price of the SHD's only because I dont know if they want it to be kept a secret like DC but I can tell you, I bought 4 SHD 18's and they were cheaper, waaaaay cheaper, than any other 4" monster 18".
