I didnt even get past 2 D9's strapped at 1 ohm before they started bottoming out. Box had a 1.4 imp rise and truck off, starting at 13.3 volts would drop to 13.0. So at .7 ohms each and 13 volts I would guess each warden was seeing roughly 5,500-6,000 based on other clamping I have done with them.

Nick, he is closer to Jacob than you. He can drive down there quicker than you can get it shipped and all. I dont think he has anythnig against you in that regard but he has been competeing all year. If I ever get one through here I'll test it.

I don't imagine it could be much if any stronger than this Warden as I'm sure the pole is completely saturated,

No wonder these SPL woofers have such stiff suspensions people put 6k to each one and wonder why it bottoms out/ expect to not hit limits. If you aren't hitting mechanical limits, you aren't as loud as you could be, ever... Thermal limits just means your coil can't take anymore, it doesn't mean you couldn't get more output in a more effecient alignment.

Anyway glad someone put t/s up. Seems like a really good woofer other than the inductance I have no real qualms with any of it, stupidly strong motor.

Depending on the tempature, elevation, and humidity I peak between 47-50hz. box was 8.2 cubes after all displacement with 185sq inches of port area.

I did. At the time I thought I only needed one drop in kit, but I never looked and the 2nd one untill I got down to Sundown where we noticed the other sub(working one) coil was messed up from hitting. So it was only a matter of time till that one blew as well.

Truth, because I had a fairly large show in Oklahoma I was attending (Yes, I am from Virgina) that weekend, so I needed the subs back and working asap so I could continue testing...

That can happen -- but I don't see it being an issue with the Warden as the magnets are pretty far away from the coil and they are actively cooled by the air movement between them.
