This may be the worst company i have ever dealt with. I placed an order with this company last friday and it was $1900 worth of amplifiers. Since i needed them for this Wednesday (tomorrow), I selected UPS 3rd day shipping and was told there was a Risk Management Process I had to go through for fraud check. This was completely understandable but I was a little unhappy because i was not told about the 1-2 delay it would take for the order to be processed. The shipping was $355.00 and i was told i would definatly recieve the order by thursday. I was then told i would recieve the order by friday or monday. I spoke to multiple people in Customer Service and also spoke to a Risk Management Manager, not one person i spoke to had any answer to my problem. Everytime i asked to speak to a Supervisor, it was avoided and i got hung up on about 3 times. When i called to tell them i was unhappy with the service that was provided and was thinking about cancelling the order the Manager told me he didnt care, and said he was canceling the order and hung up. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
