It's because the idiot's that click send message are impatient and don't give it enough time to send so they click and click and click until it finally sends resulting in multiple PM's. Normally this will only occur when the lag happens and is also why you will see a lot of double posts. And next time post this in the right section noob.

Actually read the error/bugs whatever forum and someone said when he sends a pm it will send as many as it will let him til his 250 limit is reached and filled. Something is fuked up
