In the market for 4 8" subs

As the title says i'm in the market for 4 8" subs. They need to be less than 120 dollars total, do well in about 3.06 cubes ported at about 32 hz, and take 600 rms total or more as i'm looking towards an RF T600.1 for an amp. All this will be put inside a 1991 toyota mr2.

I am considering:

Powerbass ES-8D

Qpower Silver

Rockford P1 (older)

Acoustic Audio

Please tell me whats not good about those and inquire new subs that fit above criteria

The powerbass ones are 25 after shipping each. Does anyone know anything about that sub in particular

I don't.

But I can't help but think that you'd be better served with 2 decent subs than 4 lesser subs... take it for what it's worth.

Even a single 12 like the Maw 12 would perform good in 1.8 ported. thats only a $116 woofer.

Of the ones on the list I owuld go with RF only beacsue they are the only subs from that list I have ever seen / heard.

Pyle blue wave woofers are only like 22 each in parts express. I woudl look up published Xmax specs and pick the one with the largest credible Xmax.

Some tang Band 8" you could do 2-3 on your budget and they have like 11mm of Xmax and work in ported, look around parts express.

Do u think a better option would be 2 12" but the problem is they need to fit those constraints still because everything i have is of a premium (money and space)

You can find some really good deals on ED 8's they sound really good...for the money.... you can find them in single 4 or single 2 ohm...Should be able to find them around $25 each shipped..
