Forget the chrome anyway. Leave the black grill, remove all the stickers, and stuff some nice black wheels in those wells with a camber that looks like you intend to drive it hard once in a while rather than something that's broken and potentially unsafe.

That is a bad @ss car ... except the wheels don't slant outwards all broke lookin'.

I have a set of the shorter, black Mutekis on my Evo. Compared to the stock lugs, they saved a hair over a 1lb of rotational mass. Not bad for ~$50. To tell the truth, I don't know if I would have bothered, had the factory lugs fit the wheels. Since I had to buy some, anyway, might as well opt for a proven lightweight solution.

did you get the open ends, they are meant to be used with spacers and extended studs

well a little history about me, i pretty much sold off all my system, so i can buy some nice aggressive rims, reason being is i plan on tracking the car now. so this setup is ideal for what i want to do, which is auto-x and time attack. my suspension is already beefed up, and handles like a dream, just need good tires and an aggressive rim.


nah its just an idea on the size and width, pretty much the specs i am getting, i am getting flat black rims, what the hell, here is a pic of the ones i am getting:
