it is a style. the camber is not unsafe. If you don't like the style, that is fine, but don't rip the car, because it fits the style really well.

Maybe the reason you don't see a car similarly styled is because it is unique?

head over to vwvortex and check out some cars over there. you'd be surprised how many cars run stretch and camber with no safety issues at all.

Donpisto, chill out a little bit. People will say what they want, as this is the internet (srs bzns). No need to call everyone hicks. just know that the reason your car is unique is because there is a small group of people who appreciate the style. IMO low and stretched is awesome.

Since when was a tire meant to be stretched WAY beyond its limits? So far that it STILL needs 1" to fit the wheel it's on? (that's safe?)

seriously though, with all of the people that have stretched tires, I haven't seen many problems at all other than people going too low and the fender rubs on the side wall.

If things are dialed in correctly, I haven't seen any problems other than having to replace tires more frequently due to different wear. (obviously i'm not the master of tire stretch, so I haven't seen every problem documented.)
