In Process Of Doing Big 3 Help!!

hey guys im doing the big 3 right now and i need some assistance. I've done the 1st two parts (alt to positive and neg battery to ground), and now all i need to do is the last part. Im am confused about the chassis to engine block part...does that mean i just ground the cable twice at both ends!???

go from the alt bracket bolt to a good sanded metal spot like the shock/strut tower
