in need of help!

so i go to get my system installed today and everything goes great except my JL 500/1 ... they tell me its getting power bc the green light comes on but its not sending anything to the subs... they told me its not a sub problem and it def has to do with the amp... so the power light comes on (it does not go into protection mode) and the guy said somthing about it not getting an output... tomorrow i am going back to the place i bought it from to see if i can get a new one or a refund... any info about what i can do b4 i bring it back????

use someone elses amp? if it don't work, there really isn't much you can do until it starts working again.

screw it, i just got it fixed today and now my system is up and bumpin
