Its not like the dual 2 carries any extra value... or its a different woofer... its the same thing at a different load. If the amp can put out the same power it would have to the dual 2 to the dual 4, they will perform exactly the same, right?

Dude, it would be the same thing if he had payed for a Type S and there was a Type R in the box or something. He wouldnt be getting what he payed for, but I'm more than sure that in that case you would want to give him what he payed for.

The difference is that he didn't get what he payed for, regardless of it working or not. He payed for dual 2 and dual 4, just give the man what he payed for. He obviously doesn't want to void the warranty on his amp, who cares if the company will know or not, he simple doesn't want to take that risk and he shouldn't have to.

I test the amp, and it runs exactly the same... if anything were to break, it would be unrelated to the amp running at 2 ohm.

Or, I test the amp, it blows up, and I ship him the dual 2.

This is going to be my final post in this thread because this is absolutely ridiculous. Send this guy what he payed for bro, sure everything will work fine, but he is not comfortable running this woofer. Dint force him to put his equipment at risk, just give him what he wants man.
