Please just shut up and be a responsible seller and give him what he payed for. Regardless of it working with his amp or not its not what he payed for. If I went to Best Buy and bought a woofer and got home and opened it up and it wasn't the same woofer in the box I would take that shit back and get the one I paid for, and with a receipt they would do it no problem.

JVC shelf system (my garage setup, runs at 4 ohm)

technics reciever (oh teh pwnage, i ran this thing at all sort of crazy loads, including below 1 ohm)

jbl bp80.4, or whatever that model was

fosgate punch 700s

BASH plate amp, dont remember model

And just about any other amp I have ever owned.

This is just the DC resistance measurement of the coil. It's always a bit less than the "nominal impedence", and really doesn't tell you too much, other than "this is the lowest the impedence will ever dip to, on the impedence curve". (at some frequencies, impedence may rise up very high - a 4 ohm speaker might hit 50 ohms at Fs!)
