impedance question

4 ohm is a lower impedance than an 8 ohm impedance correct? i know its a stupid question but im proving something to my friend on another forum and i cant find any proof on the web that he would understand. there is nothing that just comes out and says 4 ohms is a lower impedance than 8 ohm. tryin to keep him from confusing some of the people that are using my thread as a reference. thanks

No problem. I think alot of the issues I see on here are people aren't differentiating between AC (music) and DC voltage.
