impedance question please help

Hi I have an old jl 10w6v1 I dont know what year it was made but I think 2000 and I need to know how many ohms it is because im getting a new 10w6v2 for xmas and I need to know so I can figure out what amp to get to run both of them and if I can even use the same amp for both if they have different ohms im also kind of new to car audio so please help

Why dont you get yourself a DMM and find out for yourself? It is a good $20 investment...

Yes, 10W6V1's only come in dual 6ohms.
