Just trying to express my opinion on what the target audience would pay. The more expensive you get, the more attractive the Audison becomes.Ouch... I'll have to see what I can do. My tooling charges will quite high to begin with, and build cost is looking steep so far. I'll see what I can do.
Minimum... cost is much higher per piece on 200 piece runs but it is easier to get the capital together. Start-up tooling is also in the five figures for something like this. By the time you build the run and tool it all up for a unit this large it's already into six figures for 200 pieces. Is that what an order is 200 amps?
I agree... I'd love to sell it as cheap as possible... heck, I do that now with my current lines -- my margin is actually very low. I don't think I can hit 600 dollars due to my dealer model... MAYBE on a pre-sale.Just trying to express my opinion on what the target audience would pay. The more expensive you get, the more attractive the Audison becomes.
Haha... well it's not easy man, I tell you that much //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif The last two months the only way I've made it out of the red was thanks to my international sales! How in the hell do you make money?

No one really cares about the OP anyways.Talk about OT... *laughs*
There are... most of them probably won't be in the USA //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifThings like this what I go to school for...
There has got to be a more effective way to marry custom with price.
I don't know if there are really 200 buyers of this kind of amp.
Robots can do some of it, much more on the SMD type soldering if I understand automation correctly. I don't like SMD all that well as through hole parts tend to be more robust and withstand things like board flex much better than SMD (very important in car audio). How hard would it be to have amplifier manufacturing automated? Is it something a robot could do?
