specifically, Image Dynamics IDQ10 D4 V.2 VS JL Audio 10W3. whats everybodys thoughts on this? they have about the same power ratings so i was wondering what the goods and bads are of these

box dependent but in "just right vs just right" sq the idq. average install the w3 should be slightly louder. do yur homework with the idq id pick the idq

what are your thoughts on the Alpine MRD-M500 amp to power it? it says RMS Power (at 12V,20Hz-200Hz) Per channel into 2 ohms : 400W x 1. that should be more than enough right? how does this amp compare to its competition...and what are it's competition?

a JBL 600.1 will send that alpine crying to its mama, around $200
