I was looking at the image dynamics ctx65cs and polk mm6501. Has anyone had experience with both? I can get either for under $200 which is the most I want to spend.

I ran those polks for several years, really liked them. I just recently replaced them with those Image dynamics. These image dynamics are just wonderful components. I really can't say enough good things about them. Very impressive. Really can't go wrong with either, but the ID's are killer.

Well here is a question I can answer with 100% certainty. I had pair of Polk's MOMO's in my truck and I really liked them. I didn't see how anything could get much better but then I took them out for a pair of Image Dynamics and I was VERY impressed. The Id's are much, much, better their is no doubt about it.

I was so impressed by them I bought a pair of IDQ 12's and an ID Q1200.1 amp to push them also. It takes a lot to Impress me but the ID brand has done just that, I am definitely a ID Fan Boy now.
