yep and american bass is on board with the sale .prices on all ab stuff will be very nice .also cdt as well .will be offering free mids or coaxials on some cdt component set . for rear fill

DVC4ohm subs? Id run@1ohm, 1k on up to 2k, provided your electrical is good for 2k

for your budget i'd look at the vfl 4480 like i said 2200 rms at 1 ohm small foot print amp or the vfl 100.1 like audiobaun said could also do that one for 300 or less shipped new American Bass - VFL 100.1
