im so confused

Hz, I can only assume is for the LPF (or maybe the HPF if it's a 4 channel, so make sure first!). If you're using an active crossover, or a crossover from your head unit, you can set the amplifier's crossover to any point above that; or you could just run it at full range and let the HU's XO handle it. dB is probably bass boost. It likes to cause distortion, so unless you like muddy sounding bass, I'd recommend not having it over 1/3.
