im ordering today fi or sundown v3's

fi bl's i can get for $688 for a pair of 12's with all options so im leaning toward the fi's unless a sundown dealer can beat that or come close to the price

But wasnt he looking at the BL or Q i thought. Isnt the AA Havoc a differnt woofer?

Yes, it appears to be. With that statement, I meant when you buy AA or Fi you are going to get a similar style woofer. Designed using very similar design philosophies. Look at the Fi SP4, then look at the AA SMD. The SP4 is basically a toned down version of the SMD. It's not a supergauss like the SMD, but still has a 4" coil, same basket, and lower power handling. Still beast though.

Regardless, I have talked to Nick about his design philosophies and they make a lot of sense and I love their woofers simply based on how they perform for what I want them to do.

They did have tem up for free, guess they ended that deal. I was considering an SSD over my obsidian
