I don't disagree with your posts....I have been on the back-end of forums a few times before. I personally don't come here for the trolls, though, and I think the forum can be successful without trolls. You see them as a necessity to draw and allow conversation?, whereas I see them as an obstacle to real conversation.

The more successful troll blend real conversation in with the trolling. They may begin a thread to troll, switch to serious, and revert to trolling whatever suits the troll best. The recipient knows (or should know) the relative seriousness of the post.
