We are looking in the $150-200K range, and I already have 18% in savings.
Foreclosures are out of this world out here, but banks are not dealing. They expect to be able to get people to enter into bidding wars over property, and I'm just not willing to pay $200+ for a foreclosure in the shape that I have seen some of these houses in.

I will say that the desert is much better than Clearwater was... $200K doesn't buy you a pot to piss in in Clearwater.

Without trolling this site would be as much fun as SIN...and have about the same amount of traffic. Because of this freedom, other forums advertise here...
freedom = posts = hits on the site = money in goobs pocket.

I don't disagree with your posts....I have been on the back-end of forums a few times before. I personally don't come here for the trolls, though, and I think the forum can be successful without trolls. You see them as a necessity to draw and allow conversation?, whereas I see them as an obstacle to real conversation.

Some of those who troll for release also contribute with intelligent discussion as well. I don't see it as necessary or as obstacle, just mere reality.

I think there is a very good reason to post with serious intent. The opportunity to spread intelligent thought to another person, or to receive from another person, is more likely through inquisitive and focused debate than it is trolling.

Now that is really my primary reason for going on the internet and posting here (enhancing myself). My secondary reason is to entertain myself, but I find that sufficiently entertaining the majority of the time. I know I'm in the vast minority, though.

I am entertained by both, so your statement doesn't prove it. It only states why you feel that way. I see no reason the 2 can't coexist as they do here.

In fact I can argue through numbers that the draw trolling creates will lead to larger total of intelligent talk. Not higher percentage, but higher total in comparison to other places lacking this draw.

That would indicate that trolling isn't inhibiting the transfer of thought.

With 5 trolls that come through, you have 2-3 that have a brain as well.
