im impressed with the kicker cvr 12's

I was helping my friend build his first system and i got him two kicker cvr's 12's for 165. and i built him a sealed box. then i had him replace his interior speakers with 6x9 infinities all around. then i got him a 1000 watt 4 channel profile amp for 90 and that was for his interior. then i got him a 1000 watt two channel amp for the two 12's and i got him that for 135. man i must say that his system sound pretty great for his very first setup. i mean i read and heard alot about profile amps. but when i heard them in action i was greatly impressed. the amps barely got warm at all and his system hits pretty good. especially because i got him all of this stuff for under 400 dollars.

glad to hear you guys are happy with it. i was impressed with comp VRs as well when i first heard them. im sure youd be even more impressed with a ported box if you ever feel like doin some more woodwork.

about the amps, what is the RMS per channel on each?

I doubt profile lists the true RMS rating regardless...

regardless of false ratings, thier products are still solid and have proven themselves.

the rms on the 2 channel is i wanna say 650 because i put 325watts to each sub. and im not sure about the 4 channel. i would have to check and see. and i think profile amps might do a lil more than their rms rating. im greatly impressed by them.

profile's are a good low end amp IMO, and CVR's for the $$ are some solid beater subs. Currently have one in the girls car in .5cuft sealed enclosure and it hits rather well, next is ported and ABC for it.

I guess if you like cheap over rated budget amps they are good...
